====== Ubuntu NTP ======
Run the following command to get the time in sync where "ntp_server" is the name or IP address of a valid NTP server:
<file>ntpdate ntp_server</file>
Then install the NTP daemon:
<file>sudo apt-get install ntp</file>
Edit /etc/ntp.conf:
<file>server ntp_server1
server ntp_server2</file>
Save it and restart ntpd:
<file>sudo /etc/init.d/ntp restart</file>
