Preheat grill/oven for medium heat (350 degrees).
Place on a double-layer of tinfoil with the ends and sides turned up to form what looks like a cookie sheet.
Splash on a coat of lemon juice (split lemon and squeeze over fillet).
Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper.
Cut butter/margarine stick into 3/8“ pieces and evenly space on fillet.
Place salmon on the preheated grill/in the oven. Cook salmon for 10 to 18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
