  • Set GROUP * Persons/group who can change the list: * Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE TWikiAdminGroup

Used to prevent dangerous actions e.g. renaming %TWIKIWEB%.TWikiPreferences - put !NobodyGroup as the only group allowed to rename a topic and it can't be renamed.
