Lemon Pepper Salmon
Ingredients
2 1/2 - 3 pounds salmon fillet |
lemon pepper to taste |
1 stick of butter or margarine |
lemon juice or lemon |
Directions
- Preheat grill/oven for medium heat (350 degrees).
- Place on a double-layer of tinfoil with the ends and sides turned up to form what looks like a cookie sheet.
- Splash on a coat of lemon juice (split lemon and squeeze over fillet).
- Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper.
- Cut butter/margarine stick into 3/8“ pieces and evenly space on fillet.
- Place salmon on the preheated grill/in the oven. Cook salmon for 10 to 18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
